NUEVO RITE 2021 Y LA IMPORTANCIA DE CONFIAR TUS INSTALACIÓNES DE GAS Y CLIMATIZACIÓN A UNA EMPRESA RECONOCIDA
¿Sabes cuando hiciste la ultima revisión de tu caldera o de tu instalación de gas?
A partir de Julio 2021, se endurecen las reglas legales por lo que refiere al RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios).
De hecho, para acceder al suministro de energía (gas, luz, etc) “será indispensable presentar a la empresa distribuidora o comercializadora copia del certificado de instalación registrado en el órgano competente de la comunidad autónoma correspondiente”. Además, las calderas de más de 5 kw deben ser revisadas cada año, mientras que los acumuladores de agua caliente sanitaria cada 5 años.
Y, finalmente, recuerda que, en caso de siniestro, las aseguradoras exigen la certificación de revisión de tus instalaciones para reembolsar eventuales daños.
Por estos motivos, es cada vez más importante confiar tu instalación de gas y aparatos de climatización, a una empresa reconocida por las entidades competentes.

As of July 2021, the legal rules regarding the RITE (Regulation of Thermal Installations in Buildings) are tightened.
In fact, to access the energy supply (gas, electricity, etc.) «it will be essential to present to the distribution or marketing company a copy of the installation certificate registered in the competent body of the corresponding autonomous community.» In addition, boilers of more than 5 kW must be checked every year, while domestic hot water tanks every 5 years.
And, finally, remember that, in the event of a claim, insurers require the inspection certification of your facilities to reimburse eventual damages.
For these reasons, it is increasingly important to entrust your gas installation and air conditioning devices to a company recognized by the competent entities.
